Registration
SINGLE USER ACCOUNT
Individual company representatives can register for a Single User Account. Single User Accounts cannot be shared but there can be multiple Single User Accounts within one company.
MULTI USER ACCOUNT
Applicant: Choose a Multi User Account if more than one company representatives need to share access to one account. There are three different roles in a Multi User Account: the Authorized Signatory Contract (ASC), Admin and Users. When a Multi User Account is created, the applicant defines the ASC, who needs to have the authorization to sign on behalf of the company. The applicant also defines the Admins who will manage the Multi User Account. Upon acceptance by all of Lenzing's Terms of Use, the ASC and Admins will have full access to the system and therefore all information about the account and applications.Supply Chain Partners of the Applicant: The ASC or the Admins can grant sublicenses to their company's supply chain partners, such as vendors and suppliers. These supply chain partners can be set up as Users and can order Swing Tickets or apply for a Product License on behalf of the Multi User Account company, who is Lenzings's license contract partner. These supply chain partners are not authorized to grant additional sublicenses to brands or retailers. For further details please refer to the Terms of Use.
Users are assigned to several roles within the account. The user roles allow the owner of a Multi-User Account to give users different permissions in order to manage the account or grant access to apply for Lenzing Certifications, Licenses and Swing Tickets. In a Single User Account the user is Authorized Signature Contact (ASC), Adminand User at the same time. In a Multi-User Account the various User roles can be assigned to different persons.
Certification
The Lenzing Certification Number is mandatory for obtaining a Product License and ordering Swing Tickets. Lenzing Brands may only be used on products based on Lenzing certified materials.
Product License
A Product License is needed whenever our value chain partners want to use the Lenzing Brands for labelling specific products, which are made out of certified fabrics or components containing Lenzing Fibers. The Product License Application is done online via Lenzing E-Branding Service. A valid Lenzing Certification Number is mandatory.
Marketing License
Lenzing value chain partners may apply for a Marketing License in order to promote the Lenzing Brands in their Marketing Materials. A Marketing License is not limited to a specific product and can be obtained online through the Lenzing E-Branding Service.
Certification & Product License - Nonwovens
A Certification and Product License for nonwoven products offers our partners branding opportunities that are particular to the product being promoted. Fabrics or product samples containing LENZING™ fibers have to be tested. Once approved, the brand will be awarded with a Product License Number, which will be needed when labelling specific products with Lenzing Brands / Branded Offers (e.g. on hangtags, packaging, websites, etc.)
